Spring 2026 Active Dues Grant for Members from Underrepresented Backgrounds

Please note that though you apply for this scholarship in Spring 2026, the awarded dues will be given for Fall 2026.

This scholarship was created to recognize Active Members who identify with a historically underrepresented background in sorority life. The Active Dues Grant for Members from Underrepresented Backgrounds will cover two members' chapter dues for one semester each. This grant is meant for active members who positively contribute to their chapter and the Panhellenic community. Applicants must be in good standing with their chapter and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference is given to those with demonstrated financial need.

Women of all identities are welcomed and celebrated by the Panhellenic community, and this grant aims to support women who come from backgrounds that are underrepresented and positively add to the Panhellenic community.

Application Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • In good standing with your chapter.

  • One letter of recommendation from any member of your chapter’s executive board with their perspective on your Panhellenic commitment and passion.

Emergency Scholarship

Will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the 2026 Spring semester

This scholarship is designated for Panhellenic women experiencing financial hardship that could jeopardize their continued membership in their chapters. Applications will be reviewed continuously throughout the semester, recognizing that financial challenges can arise unexpectedly.

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Panhellenic women who have exhausted financial aid resources, including Federal aid programs through FAFSA and individual chapter options.

  • Panhellenic women who are facing an unexpected personal crisis that prevents them from meeting their chapter’s financial requirements. Examples may include loss of a job, death or illness of an immediate family member, pending eviction or home foreclosure, burglary, or fire.

In addition to demonstrating financial need, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Must be a full-time student (12+ hours) for the semester for which you are applying.

  • Chapter President must send an email to finance@texaspanhellenic.com to confirm that you have explored all possible chapter resources.

  • Complete the questions on this form and explain your need for this emergency scholarship.

  • Provide a letter of reference from a chapter advisor explaining your current financial need and payment plan within your chapter.
