Dear readers,
Happy November! Can you believe we're already this far into the semester? Between midterms, Halloween plans, and football Saturdays, it's been a busy fall, and our chapters have been busier than ever giving back. From casino nights to live concerts, our chapters have spent the past few months raising money and awareness for causes that are close to our hearts.
We're looking back at each chapter's fall philanthropy events and the incredible impact they've made, with a huge thank you to every VP of Philanthropy who shared their chapter's story with us. And the fun isn't over yet! Keep reading for a calendar of upcoming events so you know exactly where to show up before the semester wraps up.
Alpha Chi Omega
During Family Weekend, Alpha Chi Omega opened its door for Alpha Chi Casino, an evening of fun benefiting the SAFE Alliance, which supports survivors of abuse and works towards safety, healing, and prevention in Austin. The chapter also hosted Pizza Pie With Alpha Chi, featuring pizza and a raffle with items and experiences donated by local Austin businesses.
Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Delta Pi's, Dogs 4 Dogs, featured dogs from Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue, hot dogs from the Weenie Wagon, and face painting at the ADPi house. Thanks to ticket sales and member fundraising, the event raised over $15,000 for the Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas and Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue.
Alpha Epsilon Phi
Alpha Epsilon Phi teamed up with Shine Hot Pilates on Oct. 25 for a fundraising workout class benefiting its philanthropies. The chapter also hosted profit shares throughout the fall, and Foodies was a big hit.
Alpha Phi
Alpha Phi hosted Mac and Phis, bringing members and guests together for a macaroni bar at the Alpha Phi house. The event raised money for the Alpha Phi Foundation, which supports women's heart health.
Chi Omega
During Parents Weekend, Chi Omega hosted Dream Jam, its biggest annual philanthropy event, featuring a live concert benefiting Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas. This year, attendees could buy a stuffed Wish Bear to keep and another to donate to a child awaiting their wish, with the option to write a personal note. The event was a huge success, and the CEO of Make-A-Wish also made an appearance.
DELTA DeltA DELTA
For Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September, Tri Delt hosted a silent auction during Parents Weekend and participated in the St. Jude Austin walk/run. Between the two events, the chapter raised about $55,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Delta Gamma
Delta Gamma hosted Anchor Splash in September, its annual male synchronized swimming competition with routines choreographed by DG's new members. The chapter also held Desserts with DG, where guests enjoyed unlimited desserts at the DG house. Together, the events raised over $12,000 for Service for Sight.

Kappa Kappa Gamma
Kappa’s Texas Parents Weekend raffle raised $6,210 for the JED Foundation, a nonprofit focused on suicide awareness and mental health resources for young adults. Members also participated in the NAMI Walk.
Zeta Tau Alpha
Zeta hosted Big Man on Campus, one of its signature philanthropy events, bringing together UT students and campus organizations as male representatives competed for the title. The event supports Zeta's national philanthropy, Breast Cancer Education and Awareness.
There are still plenty of ways to get involved before the semester ends!

Nov. 18: Greek Get Down — Alpha Epsilon Phi
Greek Get Down will be held Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Hogg Memorial Auditorium. The dance competition features teams from every sorority on campus and celebrity judges, with all proceeds benefiting the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. GGD is one of the most fun nights of the semester, and the performances are not to be missed. Grab your friends and come cheer on your sisters!
Seeing everything our chapters have accomplished this fall is so special, and it's a reminder of how much good happens when Panhellenic shows up for each other. A huge thank you to every philanthropy chair and committee for the months of planning behind each event, and to everyone who bought a ticket, donated, or grabbed a snack at a profit share. You made it all possible!
If you haven't made it out to an event yet, there's still plenty of time. Pick one from the calendar above, grab your friends, and go support another chapter. We can't wait to see you there!
All my love,
Madi
